YK-11 SARMS

YK-11 SARMS is a synthetic, steroidal selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM). It is a gene-selective partial agonist of the androgen receptor (AR) and does not induce the physical interaction between the NTD/AF1 and LBD/AF2 (known as the N/C interaction), which is required for full transactivation of the AR. The drug has anabolic activity in vitro in C2C12myoblasts and shows greater potency than dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in this regard.

YK-11 induces muscle cells and causes them to produce more follistatin. This is much more when compared to DHT which is a very strong myostatin inhibitor. Myostatin is a protein that, when present, limits the growth and production of muscle tissue. By inhibiting myostatin, you can literally increase your genetic potential to build muscle tissue. DHT is a steroid called dihydrotestosterone and it comes with adverse side effects that include hair loss and even prostate enlargement but with YK-11 you don’t have any of these effects. YK-11 SARMS helps build lean muscle while losing fat. This is like the effects of AAS with none of the nasty side effects such as high blood pressure, HPTA shutdown, liver damage etc. YK-11 SARMS has a half-life of 6 hours.

The YK11 SARM was first studied by Yuichiro Kanno in the year 2011. He published the results from his study and he went on to confirm that this very rare compound was actually a SARM. Of course, when you take a look at YK11 you will find that it attaches itself to the AR and it also inducts methods that lead to the more traditional effects of androgens that are on the market at the moment. This can include a boost in body hair growth and the prostate remains unchanged as well.
