HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE AND RECEIVE AN ORDER?

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email with a list of the products you purchased is sent to your contact email address.

Within 2-5 business days of receiving payment, we will process and ship your purchase. We can only provide an estimated delivery time based on our statistics and previous experience. The duration of the shipping is determined by a range of factors such as shipping mode, postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS-We offer worldwide shipping!-FROM WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship from a variety of locations (including Europe, Singapore, Thailand and India) To ensure utmost discretion and a high possibility of arrival, you will not find our organization’s name on any of our packages.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SHIP TO A P.O. BOX ADDRESS?

Yes, we can ship to a Post Office Box. Unfortunately, this does not apply to APO (Army Post Office) addresses. You’ll need to use your home/billing address initially instead and then ask your family/friends to resend or divert it to you after they have received it. If you have specific shipping requests, please let us know at the time of placing your order.

LARGE ORDERS/CAN YOU SHIP BULK OR LARGE ORDERS?

Yes, but it will be separated into separate packages if the order is too large to fit into the envelope we use for smaller sized orders. Your order will be treated with the same amount of discretion and packing as a small order, no matter how large it may be. And no matter how big your item is, you will only pay shipping fees once, regardless of how many packages we need to send!

PACKAGING/HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS PACKAGED?

All packages are packed and wrapped in a discreet manner.

On our shipping packages, neither our organization’s name nor anything else that might hint of the medicinal contents in each package are listed.

To ensure optimal delivery success, packaging methods are switched constantly.

You will receive a separate amount of parcels if your order is too large to fit in one parcel – while still being quoted a single shipment handling fee. The size of parcels is always kept to a minimum so as not to raise unwarranted suspicions.

Due to our commitment to the environment, we also re-use cardboard boxes from past orders to package products. As a result, your delivery is more likely to be delivered successfully and in a discrete manner.

CHANGING ORDERS/I PLACED MY ORDER ALREADY, BUT HOW CAN I CHANGE IT?

As long as you haven’t made a payment yet, you can make changes to your order. If you’d like to edit an existing order, log into your account and choose the order ID. Then select “Edit Order”.

If your order has already been paid for but it hasn’t been shipped yet, you can still make changes. Please submit support ticket to our customer support team as soon as possible with your message and order ID, so that we can stop packing your order until you’ve made the changes you’d like.

PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER/I MADE AN ORDER, NOW HOW DO I PAY?

fter placing an order, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed with the payment. Contact us if you haven’t received it and we’ll send it again immediately. The payment instructions should be followed attentively in order to avoid any unwanted delays.

HOW LONG DOES PAYMENT PROCESSING TAKE?

In most cases, we execute payments received by money transfer within 2 to 3 business days after we receive proof of the transfer from you. You’ll receive an email if a payment is denied by the payment processing provider (for example when wrong account details were entered). In this case, the entire payment process will have to be restarted. We will mail your order within 24 hours after the transaction has been successfully completed and confirmed.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE/WHAT’S THE LIKELYHOOD THAT MY PACKAGE IS SEIZED BY CUSTOMS?

It’s highly unlikely! For orders to the United States, Canada, Europe and South Africa, we have a 99.9% success rate in delivering products to our customers. Regardless, we have a free replacement policy and so we will redeliver your order once for free or you otherwise request that we credit your account towards a future purchase on our site. Once you email us the official notification of the seizure from the post office or customs, we will re-deliver it to you within 3 business days.
